Can I still place an order with you?

Yes! As long as our current situation allows me I will still be taking on order. Do note that creation times may vary and can be subjected to change without notice. Please get in touch with me if you have a time sensitive order so I can look into the best options for you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At the moment creation times are as stated, but may be subjected to change at any given time as we are experiencing shipping delays for materials.
Once your order is shipped out it is in the hands of the postal service or chosen courier services. 

Currently we are experiencing shipping delays worldwide, so please be patient and know everyone is working hard to make sure all packages arrive within a timely manner.

If you have any shipping concerns upfront, please contact me upfront of placing your order so I can look into the best possible solution for you.
Do note that shipping services can be suspended at any given time without notice. While this is very upsetting please be patient and understanding that the current situation is very unpredictable, and I will do my best to update my customers with the best possible solutions at that time.

I have already placed an order, what will happen now?

First of all, thank you so much for your order and trust in my work. If you have placed an order with me, I have been in touch with you, or will be in touch with you to discuss the current situation. Trust and communication is very important to me, and I will do what I can to make sure all order go out as normal.

I made an appointment with you, what now?

At this time to ensure my own safety and health all appointments are cancelled until the end of August. Please contact me for urgent questions as I am always more then happy to help you with any questions through email during this time.
