SIBO Designs is founded in The Netherlands and is created by Sheila Bobeldijk. I started making Couture Bridal accessories since July 2009. I had just gotten married myself, and my journey to the perfect bridal headpiece was the hardest of all! Finding the dress is one thing, but finding the perfect accessories is a complete task and journey of it’s own. It started out very small,but quickly became bigger and bigger. Currently we are very proud to have a lot of satisfied customers all over the world
The creation process
I use high quality materials to create our pieces. Most pieces are made out of silk fabrics like silk chiffon, silk organza, and silk habotai fabric. These keep their shape very well. The finish of our pieces is also from a high quality such as handmade gold plated combs, to the Swarovski crystal to give the pieces the perfect bridal spark. I also take custom orders. There is a lot involved with creating a custom piece. The beautiful thing about this service is that we can allow customers to incorporate their own vision in their accessories. It is so much fun designing your accessories the way you love it. The process begins with asking a lot of questions and get a good sense of what it is that the customer wants. Then I decide on materials, feathers, finish, and back finish.
After all of these decisions have been made there will be a prototype made. I make beautiful photos of this piece and send it to the customer. The following step is to get approval on the piece, or I can make some small changes. Than the piece will be finished and send in a beautiful gift box.I hope to create even more pieces of all different sizes and materials in the future. I aim for high quality and creativity in all pieces and services we provide.
